Life Alternatives for Underprivileged Youth

In July and August of every year, the COMUNIA camp series brings a new outlook on life and mentality change to over 200 youths. The children and young people of various ethnicities from Bihor and Sălaj County spend over six days participating in debates they are most interested in (relationship with parents, sexuality, vices, or professional orientations).

They also take personality tests, get acquainted with one another, and get answers to many of their questions regarding love, solving conflicts with parents, smoking, alcohol and drugs, and even regarding suicide. Camp is a place for both socializing and self-discovery, and it's very important for the emotional and intellectual development of these young people.

This summer a total of 180 teenagers will participate during 4 separate camp weeks in the Boga Valley, Apuseni mountains. The cost of participation for a week is 300 RON/person (circa 70 EUR). Support a teenager and become a part of his/her future!
