Psychological and Moral Education of High School Students, Offering a Better Chance at Development and Career Exploration.

Comunia Team supports this project among students from high schools in Oradea and Zalău, but also in other cities in Bihor County and in Sălaj County. Our project helps the teens discover their professional options depending on personal abilities and interests. We also develop the teens self-evaluation and emotional and behavioral self-control so they can become mature, responsible adults satisfied with their future careers.

Students will identify their own behavioral style to realize their own self-worth, and group discussions will help them evaluate these discoveries. During this group dialog, teenagers will bring to light their real interests and abilities, what jobs best suit them, and the relationship between personal interests, values, and career and how these compete with each other. The majority of students choose their profession and area of interest under peer or parental pressure or economical circumstances, and this leads to job dissatisfaction and workplace apathy regardless of intelligence and training. Our high school program will help them avoid such pitfalls. This project builds upon lessons these young people learned during headmaster classes in previous years.
